Refurbishing of an existing 20,000 sq. ft. building to accommodate a goat milk products production plant. Under MAPAQ certification, this project was carried out using fast-track construction and design management. The challenge was to produce a factory in 6 months, in a COVID environment entailing equipment delivery delays. Design and construction of Phase 2 and 3, 40,000 ft² each, will be completed in 2023-2024.
