The fast-track formula was adopted, in order to meet a deadline ensuring that the customer's specialized products were the first on the market. A lot of temporary measures and phasing had to be implemented to achieve this. Despite the short deadline, we were able to meet the project costs. The plant is also equipped with a complex and unconventional HVAC system to meet its production targets (Climate control, odor treatment, ammonia control). A 6,000-amp electrical substation was also built to meet the high energy requirements.
