New animal feed factory and mill for a newly formed company called Jupiter. The company is a partnership between Group Nutri-expert and Group Mondou. We were awarded the contract for which we used the fast-track construction management formula. The building includes an 80,000 sq. ft. refrigerated room, as well as a 135’ high, 5 levels concrete structure. The concrete portion was erected during the winter, which brought several challenges at the time. Also, another major challenge was, within the process, the coordination of the different elements needed to close the top of the building.
