Industrial buildings totalling 180,00 sq.ft., with storage yard, on a 23-acre site. This project was carried out using the Fast-Track construction management formula for our client Soprema, who produces extruded polystyrene rigid exterior wall insulation. The project was delivered 4 months ahead schedule. The main challenge of the main building was the integration of the long, 100' wide, load bearing element with the skeletal roof framing to allow zenithal light.
